1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, order history, and the messages you send us.
  • Payment details: these are handled by our payment providers. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, the pages you view, and the site that referred you.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To fulfill your order and answer your questions: performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
  • To prevent fraud: our legitimate interests.
  • To meet accounting and tax rules: legal obligation.
  • To send marketing email and use advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts our store.
  • The payment providers offered at checkout.
  • Carriers and fulfillment partners, including YunExpress, 4PX, SpeedX, and local postal services.
  • Email and analytics providers.
  • Advertising partners such as Meta Platforms, only where you have consented to advertising cookies.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Cookies and advertising

Cookies keep your cart, remember your preferences, and tell us how the site is performing. With your consent, we also use advertising pixels to measure and target our ads. You can withdraw consent through the cookie settings on this site or through your browser controls.

6. How long we keep it

We keep transaction records for as long as accounting and tax law requires. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted or anonymized once we no longer need it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw marketing or advertising consent at any time. Send requests to sales@callenford.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

The site uses SSL encryption, and card data is handled by certified payment processors.

9. International transfers

Some of our providers, including providers based in the United States, process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are protected by safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

This site is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that we hold data from a child under 16, we will delete it.
