Shipping policy

Processing

We hand your order to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days of the day you place it. It can take longer in busy periods, or if there is a question about the payment or the address. You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 10 to 14 business days after dispatch. Counting processing, most orders arrive within 11 to 17 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

  • Orders over $100: free, worldwide.
  • United States, orders under $100: $6.99 flat rate.
  • International, orders under $100: $7.99 flat rate.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Carriers and tracking

Orders travel with YunExpress, 4PX, or SpeedX, and your local postal service handles the last leg. Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping email to follow it. The first update can take about a day to appear after dispatch. If nothing has moved after three business days, email us and we will look into it.

Orders with more than one item may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days.

Customs and duties

Any sales tax is shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes charged when the parcel arrives are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs authorities decide when a parcel is released, and we are not responsible for delays at that stage.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an address once the order has been dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will confirm the right one with you before sending it again, and an extra shipping charge may apply.

Missing parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered and it isn't there, give it a day and check around the property and with neighbors. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
