1. Overview

These terms govern your use of callenford.com and any purchase you make here. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Who you are dealing with

Callen Ford is a trading name of Valcrest s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic (Company No. 24352357), with its registered office at Štítného 202/35, 130 00 Prague – Žižkov, Czech Republic. You can reach us at sales@callenford.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Central European Time.

3. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose and not to interfere with its security. We may refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.

4. Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colors and materials can look different on a screen than they do in person. Dimensions are accurate within normal manufacturing tolerance. Availability can change without notice.

5. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars unless a converted currency is shown, in which case the amount shown at checkout applies. Prices and promotions can change. If an order is placed at a price that is obviously an error, we may cancel it and refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

You agree to give accurate information and to pay using one of the methods offered at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the goods are dispatched. We may cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, failed payment, or an inventory or pricing error.

7. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. Every order ships with tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other events outside our control. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site belongs to Valcrest s.r.o. or is used under license. You may not copy or distribute it without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Valcrest s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Accuracy and availability

We may correct information on the site, and change or discontinue any part of the site or our services, without prior notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Czech courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
