1. Overview

Welcome to callenford.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or completing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.

3. Using this website

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian; that you will not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose; and that you will not interfere with the site's operation or security.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion.

4. Products and how they are shown

We work to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Screens differ, though, and lens tints, leather grains and metal finishes can appear slightly different in person than they do on your device. Dimensions given on product pages are accurate to within normal manufacturing tolerance.

Product availability may change without notice.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your browser is displaying a converted local currency, in which case the final amount charged is the one confirmed at checkout.

Prices, promotions and any comparison pricing shown may change at any time and apply only while displayed. Where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we'll tell you if that happens.

6. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm the information you've given us is accurate and complete. Payment must be made by one of the methods shown at checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance takes place when we dispatch the goods, not when payment is taken. We may cancel or refuse an order where we suspect fraud, where payment fails, or where an inventory or pricing error has occurred.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. Every order is dispatched with tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Full detail is set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery on the terms set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

9. Intellectual property

All text, photography, graphics, logos and design on this website belong to Valcrest s.r.o. or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of it without our written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valcrest s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability in respect of any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Accuracy and availability

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information on this site at any time without prior notice. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or our services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
